The new year has started and it’s time to get down to business ! As you probably know by now The TCD Glee Club is a great opportunity to make friends, sing and make great memories together. But what about those of you that really want to improve their singing skills and perform singing shows ?
For those of you that want to take this Glee Club to the next level, here is what we have to offer:
Motivated members can pass auditions and join the Glee Club performing group. If you get selected you will be able to perform at our TCD Glee Club Concerts, with our annual Christmas Concert, as well as compete in nationwide singing contests. This group will have access to extra singing practices, as well as continuing to have fun with the other members of our club, and workshops to improve their singing skills.
While this does imply a lot of work, it is also a lot of fun ! This is an opportunity to be part of a group of dedicated performers and make amazing memories.
We encourage everyone to give it their shot, even if you don’t have any singing experience. What we are looking for in these auditions is not a perfect voice but to see if you have the motivation and potential to improve. Every year we love to see our “newby” singers become the best version of themselves in their singing !
So don’t wait another second and audition ! Auditions are on Tuesday November 10th 2020. Here is the process:
Prepare two of your all-time favorite songs to sing for us
Register now by sending us an email at tcdgleeclub@gmail.com or through our website on the Join Us section.
We will get back to you with your audition time for Tuesday November 10th 2020.
Two of our committee members will welcome you to your audition - don’t worry, they don’t bite - and we will let you know within the week if you have a spot on the performing team as well as any additional information you will need !
